The accommodation cost of the first night will be charged to your card as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Outstanding accounts are settled at check-out. In the event of a cancellation within seven days of the commencement of your booked dates, we reserve the right to charge your credit account with the cost of any further accommodation that we are unable to re-sell.

Although you may glimpse our own cats Monty and Milo, we regret that we are unable to accommodate guest’s pets.
Limited off-road parking is available – please let us know if you intend arriving by car.
Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 11am – we are happy to look after luggage in either case, if necessary.
Our rooms are designed for a maximum of two guests – we are unable to offer triple or family rooms. We are happy to accommodate children of twelve years and over.

Your booking is secure once we have confirmed availability and you have provided
credit details over the telephone or using the secure
form. Please note that we accept the first confirmed booking
for our accommodation and do not take provisional bookings. Once your booking
has been taken, you will receive confirmation and directions by e-mail.
